VINCENT young 3

  • Higher grasping force
  • Anatomic design
  • compact, lightweight
  • All Ages
  • Direct grip pattern selection
  • Smartphone & tablet app

The VINCENTyoung 3 combines the form and functionality of a prosthesis for children and teenagers like no other. The elastic fairing, the single finger movement and the artificial sense of touch enable safe, non-slip grip at all times, similar to the human hand. Thanks to the new kinematics, the fingers in the three-point grasp always meet each other with precision.

Thanks to the four motors, three fingers and the thumb can be moved independently of each other. Each of the 13 grasp patterns can be selected with the patented STC concept (single trigger control) with only one switching signal, whereby the thumb is rotated passively. With a training app, the prosthesis user is supported in learning the intuitive control system so that the hand is easy to operate after a short time.

Higher grasping force

A new force transmission concept significantly increases both the grasping and the carrying force of the hand.

Different wrists

Choose between these four options: the VINCENTwrist quicksnap closing system and the VINCENTwrist short (suitable for transcarpal restorations) can be used individually or combined with VINCENTwrist flexion that allows bending the wrist.

With and without gloves

Thanks to the elastic lining and the anatomical design, the prosthesis can be used with or without a cosmetic glove without any problems.

High-quality materials

Due to the combination of stainless steel and high-strength magnesiumaluminium alloy, the hand prosthesis is extremely robust and light.

Smallest and lightest multi-articulating hand

The anatomically shaped VINCENTyoung 3 is currently the smallest single-finger movable hand prosthesis, which allows anatomically correct treatment of children aged eight and over. Thanks to its lightweight construction, the prosthesis also impresses with its low weight and robustness, which is extremely important for active everyday use. In the case of young adults with slightly larger hands, the VINCENTevolution3 (size XS, 145mm), which is about one centimeter longer, can also be considered. In contrast to the child's hand prosthesis, the rotation of the thumb is also active in the adult hand. In addition, the little finger and ring finger are not driven by one motor, but each with a separate motor.
